Baker City, founded as a result of mining, celebrates its rich history the third weekend of July every summer with the Miners' Jubilee. Eastern Oregon Mining Assoc., Eastern Oregon Miners & Prospectors and the Baker County Chamber of Commerce have joined forces to offer this Miners' Jubilee medallion. |
